Corporate hospitality to be priced according to your business needs.

Skippered charter for exclusive use of boat for families and groups or weddings to be priced for your individual requirements. Can be fully or part inclusive.

What’s Included

  • Themed voyages e.g. “CASTLES, BATTLES & LEGENDS” cruise include admission charges and transport. “ACTIVITY” cruises include mountain bikes, sailing and canoeing.
  • Boat expenses i.e. mooring, fuel and water are all included.
  • Tea, coffee and snacks are served on arrival and throughout the day
  • Buffet lunch is served on all full-day bookings.
  • Voyages that include a stay of one night or longer include breakfast, lunch and evening meal on each full day. (Please indicate any dietary or specific requirements on your booking form).
  • All prices include VAT (local tax).

What’s Not Included

  • Additional costs: e.g. mountain bike hire, fishing bait (limited rods on board – you may wish to bring your own), excursions, books and guides. A £5 deposit is required for use of each rod or bike.
  • Extra activities on “ACTIVITY” weekends or weeks e.g. Clay Pigeon shooting, white-water rafting and ringos (ask for further details)
  • Alcoholic, or soft drinks from the bar are charged as extra (please do not bring your own). We offer an option for these to be fully inclusive as part of your voyage – charged at £20 per person per day.
  • Advice on car parking can be given.
  • We do recommend that you take out your own travel insurance.
  • Travel to and from the boat is not included, but whilst in Inverness transport to or from the station can be arranged at £5 per person, and the airport at £10 per person. Please let us know about your detailed requirements

Booking Conditions & Insurance

  • A reservation is not confirmed until we receive a deposit of 25% of the total amount. This is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
  • The balance due must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start date of your voyage. You will be sent details either by email or post to confirm your booking and monies due when we receive your deposit.
  • If we cancel the trip for any reason then you will be advised asap and a full refund of any monies paid to us will be returned to you. In this instance we are not liable for any other monies you have paid to join us i.e. travel expenses.
  • We recommend that you organise your own insurance for your trip, as our insurance does not cover any injury, damage or loss incurred by you. Although every effort has been made to ensure your safety whilst onboard with us, you are responsible for your own safety at all times. A full safety briefing will be given on boarding.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. We do our best to ensure the safety of young children, most of the boat is netted and they must wear lifejackets supplied, you are responsible for their safety at all times. Discounts available for children of 5 years of age and under.

Day sails can be paid on arrival, but must be booked in advance with a deposit.
